Section 1

DEFINITIONS

In this agreement, the following definitions apply:

  • Club Owner — TG Fitness, LLC, owner of District 507 Gym.
  • Club — District 507 Gym — the club at which the agreement is signed.
  • Member / "I" — The person(s) whose name(s), signature(s), and initials appear on this document.

The Member is responsible for keeping address and contact information current with the Club at all times.

GYM

REGULATIONS

Respect Policy

Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Membership will be immediately revoked upon consultation if any violations occur.

Equipment Etiquette

Please re-rack all weights after use. Failure to do so will result in a $50 charge to your account.

Code of Conduct

Respect all individuals. Harassment of any form will not be tolerated and may result in immediate membership revocation.

Equipment Care

Treat gym equipment with care. Forcefully slamming weights is not permitted.

Noise Control

Keep noise levels reasonable. Excessive screaming or loud disturbances are not permitted.

Footwear Policy

Change into appropriate gym shoes upon entry. Failure to do so will result in a $20 cleaning fee.

Guest Policy

All guests must purchase a day pass ($15) and inform staff prior to their arrival. Guest passes include Recovery Lab access.

Maintenance Reporting

Please notify staff if any equipment needs attention or maintenance. Report issues to staff during staffed hours or call (507) 993-1514.

Training Philosophy

Emphasize purposeful training over aimless exercise. District 507 is a facility for people serious about their training goals.

Membership Dues

Everyone is responsible for their dues. No complimentary services are provided unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Hygiene Standards

Maintain personal hygiene by using towels and wiping down equipment after use. This is a shared facility — treat it accordingly.

Attire Policy

Wear appropriate gym attire that is clean, non-revealing, and suitable for exercising. Avoid clothing with offensive language or imagery.

Personal Belongings

Store personal belongings in designated areas and refrain from leaving items unattended. The Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Time Limits

Be mindful of time limits on cardio machines during peak hours to allow fair access for all members.

Cell Phone Usage

Limit cell phone usage to designated areas and refrain from talking loudly on the phone in workout areas. Keep it respectful.

Spotting Protocol

If spotting is required, ask for assistance from gym staff or fellow members. Ensure proper communication and safety protocols are followed at all times.

Food and Drink Policy

Consume only water or sports drinks in the workout area. Avoid bringing food onto the gym floor. The kitchen and lounge area is available for meals.

Child Supervision

Children must be supervised at all times and are not permitted on gym equipment unless accompanied by a qualified trainer.

Emergency Procedures

Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and exits in case of fire or other emergencies. Emergency exit locations are posted throughout the facility.

Compliance with Instructions

Follow all instructions provided by gym staff regarding equipment usage, safety protocols, and any posted signs or notices.

Section 3

MEMBER'S RIGHT
TO CANCEL

If you wish to cancel this Agreement, you may cancel by signing the termination agreement in the Club or mailing a written termination agreement with signage and reasoning to the Club.

The agreement of termination must be completed 30 days prior to the member's last day. The member will be billed the final month on the date of the signed termination agreement.

Any refunds will be by credit or check. There are no cash refunds.

Section 4

MEMBER
OBLIGATIONS

This Agreement is a legally binding obligation for which the Member is financially responsible.

If a Member has a prepaid membership, they will automatically become a month-to-month member after the pre-paid period and will be billed the then-current bi-weekly membership rate unless they provide notice of cancellation. Any prepayment with discounted membership rate is non-refundable.

Member agrees not to conduct any kind of commercial or business activity in the Club and shall not act as a personal trainer for anyone within the Club without written authorization from Club management.

Section 5

CANCELLATION
POLICY

Standard Cancellation

After the member's right to cancel period (if any), you may cancel by signing the termination agreement in the Club or by mailing a written termination agreement with signature and reasoning to the Club at least 30 days in advance of the cancellation date.

All membership cancellations are effective on the last day of a month.

Example: If you deliver notice on June 15th, you will pay July membership dues and your membership will terminate on July 31st.

Death or Permanent Disability

If a member dies or becomes totally or permanently disabled, upon reasonable written notice to the Club with proof of the death or disability, either the member or their estate may cancel this Agreement and receive a prorated refund of the unused portion of the monthly membership fees.

Prepaid Memberships

Prepaid memberships with discounted rates are non-refundable. After the prepaid period ends, the membership automatically converts to month-to-month at the then-current bi-weekly rate unless written cancellation notice is provided before the prepaid period expires.
