The Recovery Lab features three amenities: a custom dry sauna at 180°F for deep muscle relaxation and detox, a cold plunge at 38°F for inflammation reduction and mental toughness, and a stand-up tanning booth for year-round confidence. One add-on fee unlocks all three.
If you have an active monthly membership, just text us at (507) 993-1514 and we'll add the Recovery Lab add-on to your account for $15/month. No separate contract. Cancel anytime with your membership.
Yes — both day passes ($15) and week passes ($40) include full Recovery Lab access at no extra charge. You get the sauna, cold plunge, and stand-up tanning included with your temporary pass.
The dry sauna improves circulation, helps with muscle relaxation, flushes metabolic waste, and supports cardiovascular health with regular use. The cold plunge reduces inflammation, speeds up muscle recovery, improves mental resilience, and has been shown to support mood regulation through dopamine. Together, they form one of the most powerful recovery protocols available.
District 507 runs a clean, disciplined facility. The main rules:
A $50 charge will be applied to your account. This is non-negotiable and enforced for every member equally. It's a matter of respect — for the staff, for the equipment, and for the next person who needs to use it.
No. Members may not conduct any commercial activity or act as a personal trainer for others within the club. If you want to train someone, talk to us — we may have an arrangement that works. Unauthorized personal training violates membership terms and can result in membership revocation.
Water and sports drinks are welcome on the gym floor. Food should be consumed in designated areas — not on the gym floor. The kitchen and lounge area is available for meals and snacks.
You can cancel by signing a termination agreement in the club during staffed hours, or by mailing a written termination agreement with your signature and cancellation reason to the club at least 30 days in advance. All cancellations are effective on the last day of a billing month.
30 days written notice is required. For example, if you submit your cancellation on June 15th, you'll pay July dues and your membership will end on July 31st. The final month's dues are billed on the date the termination agreement is signed.
Refunds are issued by credit or check — there are no cash refunds. If you die or become permanently disabled, you or your estate may cancel with written proof and receive a prorated refund of unused monthly membership fees. Prepaid memberships with discounted rates are non-refundable.
After a prepaid period ends, you automatically convert to a month-to-month membership billed at the then-current bi-weekly rate unless you provide written notice of cancellation before the prepaid period expires.
Call, text, or email us anytime. During staffed hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm) you can also walk in at 2410 N Broadway Ave.
